Tiphanie Glenn was born in March of 1977 in Oxnard, California. Tiphanie moved to Greenville, South Carolina, in 1978, where she attended school in Greenville County and graduated in 1996 from Greenville High School with a Certificate in Business. In 2002 Tiphanie joined Calvary Apostolic Church. There she met Sean Glenn. They married in 2004. In 2008 she gave birth to 2 beautiful twins, Sean and Sierra.

Even as a child, Tiphanie had a giving heart. She would volunteer to clean houses, babysit and help the elderly. As she got older, she volunteered at soup kitchens and would buy food and household supplies for people in need.

Tiphanie states that "God put it upon my heart to expand into the community and help others." This passion was when she started the nonprofit organization A Heart to Serve. This organization spreads God's love through food distribution into the community. Through A Heart to Serve, Tiphanie is eager to show God's love as he has shown it to her.
